Question 1

Who can purchase Kithbit printable products?

Accepted Answer

Kithbit purchases are limited to signed-in adult household members who have confirmed adult access. Children do not have store accounts, profiles, or child-specific store records; an adult chooses and purchases the guides for the household.

Question 2

What happens after my hosted payment completes?

Accepted Answer

After a successful hosted checkout, Kithbit verifies and claims the purchase for the signed-in adult account. The guide usually appears on the private purchase shelf shortly afterward. If purchase confirmation is still in progress, use Check again on the product page; once it is confirmed, open Purchase history to find the guide.

Question 3

How is access to my purchased PDF protected?

Accepted Answer

Downloads stay private to the adult account that purchased them. The purchase shelf requires sign-in, and each PDF download checks that the account owns that product before serving the stored file.

Question 4

How do I print a Kithbit guide?

Accepted Answer

Every current store item is a printable PDF or printable PDF bundle. Download your purchased guide from the private shelf, then print it at home or through a printing service of your choice. Kithbit provides the digital file, not physical delivery.

Question 5

Where can I find my purchase history and downloads?

Accepted Answer

Sign in and open Purchase history at /purchases. Your private shelf shows the product name, purchase date, price, and a download action for each purchase, including the Five-Minute Family Fun Pack, Steady Weeknight Meal Guide, Gentle Rhythm Routine Planner, and Whole-Family Wellness Bundle.
